Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Essendant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth communication and operations- Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in a client support or account management role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset- Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional service- Creative thinker with a strong ability to work in a team environment- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
