The Client Support Specialist ensures that clients' needs are met and that the clients are following the rules set forth in the program guidelines while ensuring their safety.
They will complete tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
SKILL SETS: Good verbal and written communication skillsConflict Management skillsWorking knowledge of substance use disorder treatmentJOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Maintain structure and routine by leading clients through their daily scheduleEnsure clients are where they are supposed to beWork closely with Programs/Medical staffMaintain client/facility safety through follow-through of company policy and procedureDrive clients to and from appointmentsPick up and drop off new intakes and dischargesEnsure that any client wishing to leave, whether with or against staff advice, is transported to a safe location.Keep current all paperwork and operations related log booksQUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferredValid KY Driver's License #J-18808-Ljbffr
