Flexible part-time or full-time role, based in-office in Milton, QLD Help clients maximise the potential of our Learning Management Software through onboarding, training, and ongoing support! About the Opportunity As the Client Success Specialist at Scout Talent, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients, helping them onboard, implement, and fully utilise our Scout Learning (LMS) solutions. You'll provide strategic guidance, offer technical support, and share best practice advice to ensure that clients achieve their learning and development goals.

This is a five-day in-office role where you'll thrive on face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment. You'll enjoy the camaraderie of working closely with your team daily.

Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time position, we can accommodate your preferences. If you're after part-time hours, we're looking for someone who can work five days with reduced hours (e.g., 9:30am-2:30pm) to ensure continuity and strong relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to client queries and providing first-level support for Scout Talent's Learning Management Software (Scout Learning) Leading onboarding and training sessions for new clients, both remotely and in-person Conducting software demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing Scout Learning's capabilities Consulting with clients to identify their learning and development goals and providing tailored LMS solutions Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience Championing client feedback to influence Scout Learning's product development and roadmap About You We're seeking a proactive, client-focused individual with a passion for Learning & Development. You'll have a strong background in delivering training, supporting clients, and working with software platforms. Experience with Learning Management Systems is highly desirable, but not essential. Specifically, you will need:

Experience delivering training sessions, webinars, or demonstrations Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs Experience working towards KPIs and client success metrics Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - desirable, but not essential Experience in a SaaS customer success role (highly desirable but not essential) Talent Acquisition experience (highly desirable but not essential) As our ideal candidate, you will be passionate about helping clients succeed, and have a solution-oriented mindset. Your ability to engage with clients and deliver excellent service will be key to your success in this role.

What benefits are on Offer? An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience. The package will include a competitive first-year OTE of $75,000 - $80,000, performance-based incentives, and extensive training.
