Our client is at the cutting edge of marketing technology, specialising in advanced omnichannel customer engagement platforms. The Role As a Client Success Manager in Sydney, you will play a pivotal role in the Satisfaction, Retention and Growth of the clients. You will be responsible in turning the company's Clients into its advocates by understanding their Clients goals and demonstrating how the technology and services can drive business results as well as guiding them to get the most out of their investment in the Engagement Platform. Key Responsibilities Own the ultimate success of the client's customer portfolio by taking responsibility for the Satisfaction, Retention and Growth of each account. Identify opportunities to reduce the client's workload through automation and deeper integration of the platform into their marketing operations. Work with the Senior Stakeholders of your account portfolio to understand and assess the business objectives and promote value and ROI through adoption and usage of the solutions. Manage and constantly improve the on-going client relationship for all assigned accounts by working with Technical Client Services, Professional Services and Strategic Services to deliver a best in class customer experience to all of the clients and act as the point of escalation for client-specific issues if they affect the relationship and/or revenues. Use your knowledge of digital marketing best practice and the platform's solutions to oversee client growth and deliver a return on the clients investment. Use your relationships with clients to create advocacy within portfolio to drive testimonials, case studies and references to create new business opportunities. Take ownership of the transfer of information from Product Development, Marketing and Strategy teams to your portfolio of clients to drive upsell and cross selling opportunities and secure long term revenue stream through the timely renewal of client contracts. Consistently and regularly use Salesforce & other information systems to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity. Conduct regular satisfaction surveys and follow up on low satisfaction scores until a positive resolution for the Client can be achieved Attributes High energy with a passion for technology and digital marketing. Experience in a quota and results-driven role. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent client management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to make complex decisions. Confidence in presenting to large groups. Organised, diligent, and process-oriented. Positive attitude and a strong affinity for technology Qualifications Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and marketing concepts. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations effectively. Ability to drive client engagement and ensure the adoption of platform solutions.
