As a Client Success Manager, you'll champion new business, estimating, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. By developing effective processes and collaborating closely with the project management team you'll achieve the best outcomes for the business and clients.
You will maintain and establish new partnerships to grow the companies' pipeline of repeat business and referrals.Reporting to the General Manager & Head of Sales, your role will focus on:
Roles and Responsibilities
Undertake and prepare quotes based on approved designs. Ensure tenders are accurate, cost competitive, practical, and comply with the regulator and company standards. Understanding market trends. Managing the CRM. Post-client purchase, it is your responsibility to nurture the relationship post-purchase and pre-construction. Nurturing the relationship during the construction phase. This could include, progress updates, ensuring that they are happy with the process, etc. Post-Construction – ensuring that the relationship between is nurtured post-construction. This could include monthly check-ins to see how the client is doing in their new space etc. Client Experience Innovation: Be curious and innovative in creating and driving customer experience strategies, integrating insights from other leaders to cultivate customer loyalty Ideal Candidate: Experience:3-5 years in a new business or account management position. Ability to estimate and prepare quotes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within a construction company. Collaboration:A collaborative spirit who thrives in team environments Attention to Detail:Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of navigating challenging scenarios Solution Focus:A proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills, adept at meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
