About the Role As the Project Officer, you'll be part of a team delivering a variety of water infrastructure projects throughout SEQ. You'll be working with Project Directors, Project Managers, suppliers, contractors and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of administrative support and record keeping.
Reporting to the Project Director / Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Providing general administrative, cost controls and data entry support to the project teamUndertaking data entry and records managementPreparation, review and collation of reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, presentations and project documentsAssisting with maintenance of databases and registersAuditing and monitoring of document control dataAssisting with the development of documentation to support project activities
Skills | Experience | Qualifications
