The Opportunity
As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising a frontline Customer Service Team Implementing, maintaining, and improving Customer Service policies and procedures, in conjunction with the relevant Manager Providing first point of contact on many occasions to the general public Assessing customer's eligibility and suitability for Department of Communities in Housing Services Approving Bond Assistance loans The attached Job Description Form (JDF) provides more information about the position.
