Client Services Officer - Self-Managed Super Fund TeamDMG Partners are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their Self-Managed Super Fund team on a part-time basis.
As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Self-Managed Super Fund clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
What you'll be doing Assisting clients with all general enquiries related to their Self-Managed Super Fund accountsCoordinating the preparation and lodgement of client records, forms and documentationMaintaining accurate and detailed client files and databasesLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and issuesProviding exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clientsSupporting the broader Self-Managed Super Fund team with ad-hoc administrative tasksWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally within the financial services industryStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office suite, client relationship management systems and financial softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleaguesA commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping clientsKnowledge of Self-Managed Super Fund regulations and processes is highly desirableWhat we offer Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work a hybrid arrangementOngoing training and development opportunities to support your career growthA collaborative and supportive team environmentAbout us DMG Partners is a leading financial services provider, committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
