Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business, and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.

About the role An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Debt Market Services within Perpetual Corporate Trust.
Our corporate trust business is a leading provider of fiduciary and digital solutions to the banking and financial services industry in Australia and Singapore.
It administers securitisation portfolios, investment and debt structures to protect the interests of our clients' investors.
Corporate trust supports clients locally and overseas with a unique offering through five key service offerings: Debt Market Services; Managed Fund Services; Perpetual Asia, headquartered in Singapore; Perpetual Digital, and Laminar Capital.
In this role you will be responsible for administering payment functions and provide daily operational and compliance support within the Client Services Team in Trust Services.
Key responsibilities include maintaining effective operational client relationships, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures within the Client Services team, and complying with the risk framework pertinent to the Business Unit.

As a Client Services Officer, you will:
Maintain a working knowledge of assigned TrustsExecute all payment instructions within agreed timeframes and SLA'sDevelop and maintain effective operational client relationships for assigned clients / trustsUse of all internal control checklistsInvoicing and billingOnyx Diary entry and follow upCompliance with Policies and ProceduresAssisting with Client Management and liaisonArchiving and filingAct as a backup for other team membersGood working knowledge of systems used within the teamParticipate in team projects. About you We're looking for someone with:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar client service rolePrior experience in custody or securitisation is highly advantageousStrong communication skills for liaising with clientsMaintain robust relationships with both internal and external clients and contactsAbility to multitask effectively across various responsibilitiesStrong attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding client serviceA proactive and solution-focused approach, to help meet the needs of our clients.
