About the Role A day in the life of this role will involve the following duties: Providing high-level administrative support Managing tasks and matters efficiently and accurately Drafting and issuing general correspondence Handling phone and email correspondence Managing the internal client database and applications Offering general administrative and office support, including maintaining office and catering supplies About You Ideally, you will have 1+ year of experience in office administration.
Beyond this, you will receive excellent hands-on training!
What really matters is that you are well-presented, eager to learn, enjoy staying busy, and have good attention to detail.
You will provide internal support to other offices and clients.
Being an effective communicator, able to converse professionally, and proficient in using internal client databases to research and record activities accurately are required.
On a personal level, you are curious, proactive, and have a genuine interest in helping others.
You are also proficient with Microsoft Suite – Word and Excel – and have used internal databases previously.
