The Role
In line with our rapid growth strategy, we're now looking for a part-time Client Services Loans Administration Officer.
This is a varied role within our busy Client Services team, to manage loan applications, progress payments and post-settlement customer service. You'll ensure accurate processing from approval to settlement, working closely with key stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling client enquiries via phone and email
Processing construction progress payments, valuations, and discharges
Reviewing loan contracts and ensuring settlement funds are in place
Communicating with customers, brokers, and solicitors
Maintaining accurate loan data in Loanworks and Finpower
Processing progress claims and ensuring timely settlements
Ensuring compliance with all policies and no fee discrepancies

Excellent verbal and written skills
Lending/Settlement officer experience
Outstanding time management skills
Close attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy
Superior Customer Service skills
Previous experience using Finpower (desirable)
