As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Advice Relationships Manager to join our team.
You will work with external financial advisers to drive improved member growth and retention.

About the Role:
As the Advice Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with External Financial Advisers and Licensees, with the goal of encouraging them to utilize our superannuation offering for their clients.
This role is critical in contributing to the growth of this distribution channel.
You will:
Represent HESTA in the Adviser & Licensee Channel Foster trust in the HESTA brand Influence Advice Licensees to recommend HESTA on their Approved Product Lists (APLs) Maintain long-term relationships with licensees and advisers Address complaints and provide market insights to the wider HESTA team Ensure compliance with Trustee Obligations and Governance requirements
About You:
We are looking for an individual with high energy, a positive and can-do attitude, and a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking.
Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within the Adviser & Licensee channel, is desirable.
You will have:
Established and strong relationships with Adviser & Licensees Strong relationship management experience and sound negotiation skills with the ability to close Strong interpersonal skills, particularly listening, empathy, and the ability to communicate persuasively Technical knowledge of retirement income, superannuation, and investments Experience with accumulation superannuation funds Knowledge of investment management, asset classes, and portfolio construction Understanding of financial advice practice management and advice processes Familiarity with platforms, advice technology, and investment markets and products
