Key Responsibilities Manage client and customer communications via email and phone.
Provide project status updates to customers and clients weekly during the lifecycle of projects.
Generate purchase orders and manage receipts for invoices.
Ensure employee records are maintained and kept up to date.
Undertake various ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office and assist team members.
Use Office365 for daily tasks and general office housekeeping.
