Client Services Officer positions available at reproductive & sexual health NGO clinics.
State of the art facilities with comprehensive clinical supports and opportunities to build your customer service and administration skills in reception, call handling, general administration, appointment scheduling and billing.

Casual shifts available across our Metropolitan Clinics (Newington, Fairfield and Penrith).
Flexibility to work at all metro clinics if required is highly desirable.
Family Planning Australia (FPA) is the leading provider of reproductive and sexual health services in NSW.
As an independent not-for-profit organisation, we offer expert clinical care, information, and advice for everybody in every family, as well as education and training and evidence-based research to support doctors, nurses, and other professionals.

Develop and expand your administration and customer service skills in a specialised clinical setting focusing on reproductive and sexual health across clinics, day surgery, and our new appointment call centre.

Our Client Services Officers play an important role in supporting the operation of Family Planning Australia (FPA) clinics, day surgery, and appointment call centre.
This is a multi-faceted role responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and reception support across our range of clinical services.
The position is part of a multidisciplinary team.

Casual hourly rate: $34.23 - $35.99 (hourly rate based on experience).

Desired Skills and Experience Relevant certificate level qualifications in business administration or similar.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in an administration, reception, or call centre role.
High level computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
High level interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle high volume of telephone calls.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must have Australian working rights.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment, including use of electronic medical record systems and client billing.
Previous experience in basic financial systems.
Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Other requirements
A Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement.
