What you'll do: Provide a high level of administrative support to the team and respond to client queries in an efficient mannerEstablish and maintain client accounts while performing necessary compliance checksAssist in preparing Statements of Advice, pitch documents, portfolio reviews, and marketing materialManage prospects and opportunities, ensuring accurate data management and reportingCoordinate team schedules and eventsStay updated on market and economic information relevant to client needsLiaise with Operations to facilitate workflow and ensure timely execution of tasksSupport the advice teams in delivering business-wide initiatives and achieving desired outcomes What you bring: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)General understanding and interest in financial marketsEnthusiasm, autonomy, and willingness to learn are highly valuedAttention to detail and ability to handle a high-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutionsExperience in a similar role highly regardedAttractive salary packageGenuine, down to earth teamAwesome internal events and annual tripsOpportunity to learn and upskill in a HNW environment, supporting a team of high performing advisorsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
