Client Service Officer (Clerk Grade 1/2) – CT&SD – Court Services – Walgett & Bourke – TWO PART TIME ROLES 1 role located at Walgett 1 role located at Bourke Part Time (35 hours a fortnight – 1 week on, 1 week off) Location – Walgett (1x Part time - Ongoing) Location – Bourke (1x Part time Ongoing) Salary ranging from $70,694 pa to $76,857 pa (pro rata for part time) + super and leave loading Your role As a Client Service Officer with Court Services, you will provide a range of clerical and administrative services including but not limited to; responding to customer enquiries, data entry and records management.

You will assist with the effective operation of Court rooms, perform administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality professional services to clients.

Your familiarity and confidence with core office software applications or other technology will see you succeed in this role.

What you'll do In this role you will be responsible for:
Supporting the efficient operation of the court including liaising effectively with a wide range stakeholders Anticipating the requirements of the judiciary and other key stakeholders in the courtroom environment and provides a timely and effective response Provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the court and registry Use computer systems to accurately enter data Provide high quality support to customers on the counter, telephone and via email.
Support the effective implementation of improved work practices What we're looking for Candidates must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence The successful candidate(s) must be willing to travel to other locations within the hub, this may include overnight stays.
A departmental motor vehicle will be provided when available and the appropriate allowances paid for travel.
