About the Role: We are on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Adviser team, clients and other stakeholders to manage the implementation of the strategies documented in Statements of Advice. This role is an attractive opportunity for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and prior experience in the finance industry wanting to expand their skill set.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate documentation for upcoming Statement of Advice meetings.Managing the ongoing implementation of the strategies documented in Statements of Advice.Provide a high level of support to clients ensuring our customer service standards are met.These can include (but are not limited to):
Preparing required forms for SoA meetingsManaging insurance applications and the underwriting processLodging required forms with product providers and ensuring completion as per recommendationsLiaising with clients, keeping them up to date with the implementation process and any ongoing requirementsLiaising with mortgage brokers & property specialistsCompleting withdrawalsOther ad hoc administration tasksEnsure all compliance needs are met with a high standard and in a timely mannerMaintain exceptional, concise communication with clients throughout the processesThink laterally to ensure best practice is carried out to grow and improve the business processesPositively contribute to team huddles and meetings demonstrating a collaborative team attitudeOur Ideal Candidate Will Have: An interest in a career in a growing Financial Planning firmIndustry experience is welcomed but not requiredExperience using XPlan or other similar software (preferable)Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate a proven ability manage a high volume and fast paced environmentExcellent presentation and a polite, professional mannerProven strong attention to detailProven ability to work both in a team and autonomouslyA driven focus on process improvements and achieving set projects outside of your daily responsibilitiesBenefits A fun, fast-paced, and open-minded team that values ongoing training and coaching.Support from a team of experienced professionals.Regular team building and social events.As a family business, we want to help our team members achieve their full potential.
