Start date will be in the new year - Monday the 6th of January; however, it can be negotiated for earlier.Working alongside our amazing Director of Client Services and Client Services team, this crucial hands-on role will support delivering on our commitment to providing the very best quality of client care.As a Client Services Manager, you will take charge and support across the following areas:Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators, and all stakeholders who require our services: In Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Access & Participation, Respite, etc.End-to-end onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all Participants in your caseload.Collaborating with Coordination, Recruitment, and Management to ensure best outcomes for all Participants.Onboarding of New Participants with all relevant compliance - including: Participant Profiles, Care Plans, Service Agreements, Schedule of Supports, Collating Health Assessments, etc.Ongoing face-to-face meetings with Participants to ensure service standards are upheld.About YouThis role is perfect for someone who has proven experience in case management and NDIS services, looking to advance their career within a progressive organisation.You will be passionate about the sector and most importantly share the Danny Met Sally Values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness, and Bold.The successful applicant will be well established in the industry, able to hit the ground running by leveraging their knowledge, relationship-building skills, and own connections.Essential RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience working in Disability from a Client Management perspective.Strong existing industry relationships and network to be able to grow your participant caseload.Self-starter who likes to leave things better than the way you find them.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.Valid Driver's Licence.If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
