An outstanding opportunity to lead and establish a Client Services team which elevates and enhances the investor experience.About the companyOur client is a top tier funds management business that currently has an exciting opportunity in their newly established Client Services team.About the roleIn this role you will lead a team which is responsible for:Delivering efficient investor onboarding including satisfaction of KYC obligations.Providing first point client service delivered to the highest standard through email and phone enquiries.Producing and distributing accurate and timely fund performance updates and individual asset reports.In addition you will:Develop and lead a best-in-class client service framework which elevates and enhances the investor experience.Develop systems and capability to deliver tier 1 investor services.Ensure robust quality assurance and management of vendors.Seek opportunities to centralise activities and build out capability including performance analytics.Deliver effective recruitment, performance management, training and change management practices.Develop team capability, ensuring up to date investment product knowledge.About the candidateSuccessful candidates will have:Extensive experience in a client services leadership role within Financial Services.Experience developing a function in a growth environment.Strong stakeholder management experience.The ability to plan effectively and take accountability for delivering results.If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact Julian Soames at Kaizen Recruitment on 0412 123 682 or apply via the attached link.
