About the role In this key leadership position, you'll oversee the smooth running of client services, ensuring the highest quality of care while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.
The role demands an individual who can adeptly manage a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
While a background in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is preferred, it's not mandatory.

Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a supportive and engaged workplace culture.
Manage the complexities of a 24/7 service delivery model, ensuring operational efficiency.
Implement policies and processes that align with Carpentaria's values and strategic objectives.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
About you Proven experience in operational management, ideally within the health, disability, or social services sector.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client-centric outcomes.
Exceptional organisational abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
Emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic service environment.
A solid understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and best practice standards.
While NDIS experience is advantageous, it is not required for this role.
This full-time position is based in Darwin, NT, at Carpentaria's modern facility, Harry's Place.
While the role requires on-site presence, some flexibility may be available based on operational needs.
