Soundbridge is a privately-owned financial advisory firm seeking a full-time Client Services Officer to join our team based in Rockhampton.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team where all team members assist Advisers in the provision of high-quality financial planning whilst ensuring an excellent level of service to clients.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Manage own workflow in line with service standards and business processesDiary management and meeting co-ordination including making client appointments and follow-up phone callsWriting and responding to correspondence, collecting information, and initiating client communicationPreparation of information required for client strategy and review meetingsAccurate preparation and processing of applications and various forms to implement recommendations from advisers, including investment, superannuation, insurance, direct share trading, and term deposit managementAssist in ensuring compliance requirements are met e.g., fact finds and risk profiles, by working closely with the strategy and compliance teams to support quality advice according to ASIC regulation and licensee standardsEnsure all data is recorded accurately in all business systems and assist with data integrity improvement initiativesPreparation of Records of Advice and, with full training, the preparation of Statements of Advice if this suits your career pathFacilitate process improvements including updating internal processes, templates, and procedures as neededAbout You: Previous experience in Client Services and/or Paraplanning is an advantageDemonstrate a client-centric approachSelf-starter with exceptional organisational skillsA high level of attention to detail & administration skillsGood communication skills and ability to build rapportAbility to work autonomously, productively, and in a team environmentResourceful, highly organised, resilient, and solutions-orientedThis role is for someone who enjoys a diverse range of duties and has a high client service focus. You will play a critical role in influencing the client experience by managing the end-to-end administrative support for our Financial Planners.
