The Role This position focuses on delivering training and consultation specifically related to the finance and accounts functionalities of our software, working closely with finance departments and accounts support staff within law firms.
The Client Services Consultant will provide tailored consultation and training to legal practice staff at all levels, including partners, solicitors, finance teams, and support staff.
Key duties include conducting both onsite and virtual consultations, along with contributing to the development and upkeep of training materials and feature-rich content.
What you'll do: Deliver training and consultation services to new and existing clients.Host webinars and online training sessions with a focus on the accounts area of the software.Support and contribute to the management of the client knowledgebase, training programs, and the development of technical documentation, videos, training manuals, and other company documentation.Support the design and delivery of employee learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.Contribute to the testing of new software features and provide continued feedback to the Product Manager.Provide support to the sales team during the procurement of new sales.Assist with establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.Travel between states may be required from time to time (one or twice per year).Minimum Requirements: Previous accounting experience of no less than 3 years.Previous experience training employees on policies and procedures.Communication experience with c-suite executives.Strong customer focus is required.Superior oral and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities.Bonus Points: Experience in a legal environment with legal practice management software.Operations or implementation experience.Accounting Diploma.Your Squad: The Client Services team is driven to continually innovate through collaboration and exchange of ideas, ensuring we focus on achieving success for both our clients and ourselves.
