This role assists residents and their representatives with the process of admission to residential care, therefore a sensitive consumer-oriented approach is essential.
This role may also require visiting and assessing potential residents within their home or at the hospital to determine their suitability for admission.
Some of the tasks our Client Services/Concierge may undertake include (but are not limited to):
Ensuring that rooms across all residences maintain satisfactory occupancy.Liaising with key stakeholders (hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices, and aged care placement agencies) to assist in maximizing bed occupancy.Organizing and scheduling appointments with potential clients to showcase any of the requested residences in the organization.Facilitating and organizing admission paperwork and ensuring assessments are current.Providing a smooth transition of the admission process into the residence.The ideal candidate will have the following:
Excellent customer service delivery.Knowledge of financial requirements for admissions into an aged care facility.Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant agencies and internal and external stakeholders.Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks and be results-oriented.Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in a health, community, or residential aged care setting.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Current driver's license.Sound like you?
