About the role Our Client Services Team has an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Associate. This role is vital in delivering outstanding client service, building strong relationships, and fostering client loyalty while providing dedicated support to Mason Stevens clients. The primary focus is on delivering unmatched customer service at every interaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with advisers, the Dealing Desk, and SMA Desk for all trade instructions and query resolutions.Oversee daily cash instructions from advisers.Handle system and onboarding queries, negative cash reports, and communicate with advisers and clients regarding their accounts, including corporate actions, trades, and cash transactions.Manage day-to-day client investment queries and maintain communication at all levels.Follow up on applications and track any "work-in-progress" accounts.Collaborate with the Distribution team to train and support advisers in onboarding clients into the new wealth system.Gain expertise in the new wealth system to assist advisers with onboarding, trade orders, and cash placements.Work closely with Middle Office, Compliance, and Finance teams to provide seamless client support. Experience Required Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and numerical skills, supported by a solid tertiary or postgraduate educationExcellent interpersonal and technical abilitiesEager to develop process and product knowledge, and build strong relationships with advisersClear and concise communicatorHands-on approach to tasksSelf-motivated and driven to learn and growCollaborative team player, dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to advisers and clientsHighly organised, with strong prioritisation skillsProactive, focused, and attentive to detailOpen to feedback, self-development, and continuous learning Qualifications A tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, or Finance is desirable.
