Client Services Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Professional to become an essential part of our Clients Business Services Accounting team!

Our Client, a rapidly growing accounting firm known for delivering tailored business services, audit, tax, and specialist services to clients both locally and internationally.

Their integrated team of specialists is dedicated to providing sound financial strategies and helping clients enhance their relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role:
In this full-time position, you will provide vital support to their Business Advisory and Tax division.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting leaders and staff with administrative tasks.
Collating Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with other client correspondence.
Preparing client invoices and managing month-end documentation.
Handling corporate compliance tasks, including downloading Company Statements and preparing ASIC forms.
Contributing to the efficient management of the Administration Team.
About You:
At least 2 years of experience in an office admin role; experience in an accounting firm is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day challenges effectively.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using various technologies, with a keen interest in learning new platforms to enhance workplace efficiency.
