Main duties and responsibilities include: Insurance Administration assistance. Assist with incoming insurance mail. Assist with monitoring and managing insurance inbox emails. Follow up clients re outstanding information. Prepare Insurance schedules. Maintain client database information in Xplan and with third party investment providers. Insurance review notifications (generate list, email advisors, then email clients on behalf of). Premium increase emails. Routine problem solving and triage of queries. Time recording and costing requirements, raising invoices as required. Maintain and update all Insurance procedure guides. Identify and implement efficiencies which can be gained in administration processes. Support Wealth Advisory Team with preparing application forms and implementation documentation as required where capacity exists. Recording, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes. Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility, as may be required, from time to time. Scanning of paper files. Minimum Qualifications: Experience using Xplan/Iress (desirable). Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin/related field of study, or relevant experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Demonstrated skills within a similar position, where providing administration support was your primary function. Financial services or Insurance knowledge (desirable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
