They are a young, vibrant team who are enthusiastic about assisting their clients and team. They are nestled in behind Glenferrie Road shops, close to public transport (trams and trains), access to plentiful off-street parking, and have a large modern office with a great vibe.
The Role We are looking for a Client Services Administrator who will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the firm, its partners, managers, and members of the team to facilitate the efficient operation of the business.
Responsibilities General administration duties including processing of mail, collation and lodgment of tax returns, binding, scanning and updating client recordsEntity setup administration including ABN/TFN applications through ATO and ASIC systemsHandle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries promptly and professionallyManage the booking and scheduling of appointments and meetingsWork with partners, managers and the wider team to coordinate and execute events, activities and practices in line with business objectives.Assist with writing administration processes and other activities as needed by your teamThe Successful Candidate Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role is a MUSTAccounting firm experience is an absolute advantageDemonstrates a strong knowledge and proficiency in utilising Microsoft applicationsExcellent communication skills - written and verbalExceptional organisation and coordination abilitiesKeen attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProactive customer service mindsetThis position is an integral part of the team. Your organisation skills, immaculate presentation and professionalism along with superb communication skills will make you a standout candidate for this role.
