Client Services Admin - Front Office **SUCCESSFULLY FILLED** Kick Start your Career in the Financial Services Sector Our Client is a well established and successful Financial Planning firm with a strong professional reputation offering a high performing, progressive and supportive team environment.
The Role Working within a positive and autonomous environment as part of the Client Services Team you will be providing Front Office Client Service Support as well as assisting with administration duties in the daily running of the office.
Perfect role if you have experience working in a Financial Services company or equally for a junior candidate with strong admin skills looking for that first step into this industry.
Responsibilities • Provide professional and warm engagement by phone, email or in person • Management of daily office logistics – diary management, client bookings and meeting management • Manage the client review schedule, booking in and following up with clients • Assisting with the preparation and management of client review reporting • Updating and managing workflows, onboarding new clients and providing admin support for existing clients • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system • Daily general office duties and participate in any ad hoc projects Skills & Experience • Above average customer service and interpersonal skills • Clear effective communication both written and verbal • Deadline driven with high attention to detail • Team player and a self starter with the ability to work in fast paced environment • Organised with the ability to multi task across a wide range of responsibilities • Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook To be successful you will have a positive, proactive and professional approach to your team and to clients!
