Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled and projects are completed on time- Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes- Assist in the development of client retention strategies and contribute to business growth efforts- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Proven experience in client service or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and energetic personality traits- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
