Client Service Representative

Job Description:

BHP is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their inquiries and resolve any issues.2. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.3. Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences in order to provide personalized service.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.5. Assist in developing creative solutions to improve the overall client experience.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.7. Participate in training sessions to enhance your client service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a client service role.2. Confidence and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong research and creativity skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
