Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products or services.- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client transactions and documentation.- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals and targets.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred.- 3+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a similar role.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.- Proven ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service to clients.
