With working experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment in Melbourne (a must), you've honed your skills in qualitative research. You have expertise in research, marketing, psychology and/or social science fields.You have excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project topics and methodologies, such as brand development, communications development and testing, customer experience, audience understanding, innovation and NPD.You have a track record of leading projects with ease and impact, backed by solid analytical and storytelling abilities.
