About the role: The Client Service Planner is responsible for assisting in increasing independence and the quality of life for people living with disabilities and the elderly in your community.
We develop custom plans to assist them in accessing programs and services.
The Client Service Planner is also responsible for coordinating a group of staff, ensuring that appropriate service is provided and tasks are completed to a high standard.
