Client Service Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships- Manage client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience and drive business growth- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service- Demonstrated innovation and leadership skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
