Job Description:
Crown Resorts is seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.
Responsibilities:1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively following up to ensure client satisfaction.3. Assist clients with account management, including updating personal information, processing payments, and troubleshooting account-related issues.4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients, contributing to revenue growth.5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and ensure a consistent client experience across all regions.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:1. Reliable and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred but not required.6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as needed.7. Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
