They are seeking a dedicated Revenue Officer to support the day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the business unit.
Please note that this contract role is for 13 weeks based in the office in Stanmore.
The Job Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls, responding to a variety of customer enquiries via phone, email or through written correspondence.
Assisting in managing revenue and debt collection, as well as billing and receipting processes according to policies and procedures.
Providing administrative and clerical support and maintain records as per policy directives.
Contributing positively and be actively engaged in the development of team building and culture improvement exercises within Revenue Operations.
You To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas: Amazing customer service skills, and high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
