to engage a Client Service Officer. This position is located in their busy Parramatta NSW office for an initial
contract until the 25/10/2024.
About The Position
The Client Service Officer is responsible for delivering high quality customer services that are reliable and timely. This role involves managing a customer caseload to deliver financial management services and make decisions on their behalf.
Duties
Develop strategies and make financial decisions for customers, including long-term planning.
Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and aspirations.
Address customer and stakeholder concerns, resolving issues across government services.
Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and timely services in line with Customer Excellence Principles.
Collaborate with Estate Planning & Administration and government divisions for customer-focused outcomes.
Use systems and processes to manage customer matters and suggest improvements.
Escalate complex issues to senior officers and discuss progress on decisions and administration.
Requirements/Skills
Must have full working rights.
