### Job Description:
As a Client Service Officer at Atlas Arteria, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. - **Communication:** Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to ensure that clients receive relevant information and exceptional service.
- **Feedback Collection:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Propose actionable recommendations based on this feedback.
- **Training Participation:** Partake in internal training sessions to enhance your product and service knowledge, continuously improving your capabilities to serve clients effectively.
