The person
Enjoys making a difference in people's lives, enabling fit-for-purpose financial services with a strong focus on regulatory compliance Experience in providing exceptional client service, preferably within the financial services and or superannuation industry The ability to consult and collaborate with others and work as an effective team member Excellent personal presentation standards A passion for developing a relationship with your clients, delivering a highly responsive service Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems under pressure Prior experience working with XPlan would be advantageous The role

Work alongside Advisers to assist in the preparation of advice and supporting documentation to a high standard Coordinate and manage the Adviser's schedule, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organised and up to date Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of recommended strategies Manage client reporting as well as annual compliance requirements Liaise with third parties such as super funds, Centrelink, and fund managers Process client funds transfers, withdrawals, and deposits Use your initiative to suggest efficiencies in all areas of administration Conduct file audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards Engage with various stakeholders to drive a culture of compliance within the organisation The perks (just a few)
