Successful candidates should have knowledge of financial processes, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Experience in a similar client service role and an RG146 qualification are preferred. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the role focuses on Chinese clients.
Key Responsibilities: Handle all administrative client inquiries.Assist with client onboarding, including documentation and record creation.Maintain client accounts in compliance with regulations (AML/CTF, KYC).Manage allocations for IPOs and corporate actions.Prepare client valuations and asset reports as needed.Facilitate client asset transfers (domestic and international).Process stock settlements and follow up on outstanding funds.Prioritize requests from financial advisors in a fast-paced environment.Provide translation support for marketing materials.Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.Participate in cross-training and process improvement initiatives.Notify clients and advisors of issues, suggesting solutions and timelines.Follow ethical standards and company policies.Strong attention to detail and good literacy/numeracy skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).Fluent in Mandarin and English.High resilience and ability to prioritize tasks.Qualifications/Experience Required: Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.RG146 qualification (or willingness to obtain).Preferred experience in client service, wealth management, or financial planning.Familiarity with broking and portfolio management platforms is a plus.
