Client Service Manager - Financial Planning - Western Suburbs - Permanent Position

This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client experiences and supporting the practice's growth and success.
Your new role Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.Administrative Support:
Oversee the preparation and processing of client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Assisting with the preparation of SOAs and ROAs.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to deliver seamless client service.Problem-Solving:
Address client enquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Process Improvement:
