Opportunity for you! We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual with strong stakeholder management skills to join Cirka as a Client Service Manager. This role is responsible for managing housekeeping and cleaning operations at student accommodation and commercial properties in Brisbane, QLD.
This is a full-time and permanent role, reporting to the State Manager and leading a team of around 50 people, including cleaners, housekeepers, team leaders and supervisors.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for applicants that are able to demonstrate:
Minimum of 2 years experience of working in housekeeping services and/or student accommodation.Experience of working in commercial cleaning operations.Excellent customer service skills and experienced in working with and resolving issues for employees at all levels within the business.Good understanding of financial processes, including purchasing, managing operations within budget, and completing analysis on basic financial data.Experience managing a team, including the management and coordination of employees through rostering, redeployment, delivering training and toolbox sessions, addressing performance and/or employee issues.Experience in completing audits, hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations, with a good understanding of the return-to-work process and employer's injury management obligations.Ability to work from complex instructions and procedures, identify issues, resolve problems, and make good decisions in a fast-moving environment.An effective team player, with ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment while supporting others to achieve individual and business targets.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a skilled presenter. Able to work to deadlines, address conflicting priorities to ensure outcomes are delivered.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with online document management and auditing systems.A tertiary qualification in management or operations.Knowledge and understanding of Integrated Management Systems (HSQE), Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Experience using rostering/scheduling and time and attendance systems and online document management systems.Cert IV in Training & Assessment.NOTE: All Applicants must have the right to work on a full-time ongoing basis (38 hours per week).
