Position PurposeThe purpose of this maternity cover contract position is to support the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution business in Australia / New Zealand from a client service perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesClient servicingOversight of daily Trust price review and distribution, website updateReview monthly / quarterly / annual deliverablesMonthly / quarterly / annual Trust and mandate reportingRespond to all client and registry queries (by phone and email)Monitoring of all client, external and internal service level agreements (SLAs)Preparation of internal reportingClient account management supportResponsibility for the control register of external client, prospect, consultant, and researcher requestsProvide CRM support for coordination and setup of client meetings with overseas Investment teams.Preparation of presentation materialsAssist in strategic planning.Work closely with regional teams.Day-to-day interaction with SS&C Client Service TeamAssist with escalation management and trade processing with SS&C and EQTMonitor and review unit registry process to ensure client service levels and SLAs are met.Support the Product and Compliance function with unit registry information as required.Client-related compliance supportAML / KYC for mandate clientsAML / KYC for Lux Trust clients, where required.Salesforce input (KYC related and Client Case related)Service provider (EQT / BP2S) compliance support.Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)Basic working knowledge of investment marketsHard working and conscientiousExcellent attention to detailAbility to problem solve and resolve issues.Proactive and ability to work unsupervised.Excellent communication skillsCollaborative and team-focused.Strong organizational skills with a deadline-driven focus.Specific Qualifications RequiredUndergraduate degree in Finance or BusinessAt least three years' experience at an Asset Manager / Financial Services firm or client-facing role.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively.
