In this full-time position, you will play a key role in liaising with staff and clients ensuring the delivery of exemplary administration support and client service. With so much variety, no two days will be the same!
Tasks and responsibilities General administration support: phone calls, emails, liaising with third parties including the ATO Specific admin support: lodging tax returns, preparing ASIC forms, preparing client letters and documents Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clientele Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone Setting up new clients and updating client details in our databases and portals Supporting the Accountants, Managers, and Partners to ensure that client work is carried out to a high standard About you You are a professional individual who aligns with our CARE values (Collaboration, Agility, Respect, Enthusiasm), someone who wants to add value to a team and firm looking to make the right move for their career, ideally possessing the following highly desirable attributes:
At least 1 year of experience in a professional administration or client services role, with accounting/finance experience highly regarded Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Teams/Zoom. Experience in MYOB highly regarded.
