The right person has great opportunity for career progression within the team.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Meet and greet all visitors to the officeGeneral administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and schedulingWelcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception deskAssisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcelsFacilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levelsManage incoming calls and email enquiriesProvide excellent customer service to colleagues and clientsKeep the reception areas clean and tidyEngage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive teamWe are looking for a well presented, confident and friendly individual, with an exceptional telephone manner, proactive approach to work and a CAN-DO ATTITUDE.
