Our team consists of accountants, bookkeepers, financial advisers, an in-house lending specialist and administration support. 
We have an exciting opportunity for an administration superstar to join our team. We are looking for someone who is client focused, team orientated and driven to achieve results.    
The role will include: Providing comprehensive support to the administration team to: 
Prepare office correspondence Assist with the collation and recording of jobsAssist with coordination of workflow to a team of accountantsDatabase entry and managementAnswer incoming telephone calls Liaise with clients both in writing and verbally  Manage Diary and calendar appointments Produce reports and presentations as required Personal assistance as required to Partners of the business Provide support to senior management  Assist with coordination of workflow to a team of accountantsPerform other ad-hoc administrative and Reception duties as requiredContribute to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment To be successful in this role, the candidate would possess the following attributes: Exceptional customer service – you genuinely enjoy helping and talking to people Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously, multi-task and prioritise work effectively Attention to detail, with an eye for numbers The ability to adapt and use initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionallyAbility to interact with people at all levels Team player and be prepared to contribute to the success of the business Intermediate computer skills Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential particularly, Outlook, Word & Excel Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role dealing with internal management and external stakeholders  Why work with the team at Accru Hobart?
