Client Retention and Business Development Manager Permanent, fulltime role - Salary + Salary Packaging Join a leading not-for-profit community organisation Brisbane CBD office, on Adelaide St CPL Choice, Passion, Life, part of the CPL Group, is the leading provider of integrated support and advice for people living with a disability in Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and their families.
The newly created Business Development Manager, reporting to the Group General Manager Social Impact and Community Development, will implement business development techniques that attract new participants and support client retention.
Key Responsibilities:  Implement strategies to attract new clients Develop and maintain strategies to retain participants Support high quality service delivery and continuous improvement Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Keep up to date with NDIS policies and guidelines Identify market trends and areas for growth Monitor and evaluate outcomes to measure effectiveness of strategies Selection Criteria:  Experience with the community services industry (NDIS) Proven experience in business development and relationship management Experience in managing outcomes across a wide geographical area  Proven problem solving, time management and task prioritisation  Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with external stakeholder management with Government and funders Please review the attached position description for a full list of responsibilities and selection criteria.
