We are excited to share that we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team!
We're seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and skilled relationship manager with experience in business development.
This position has elements of sales, marketing, and retention.

You will utilize your network to source potential clients, monitor customer trading accounts, and retain their business, with the aim of building long-term partnerships as we support their trading and investment needs through our platform and multi-asset offering.

What will you be doing?

Utilizing your existing network to introduce new customers to eToro Actively increasing our client base by providing support, information, guidance, and market information Researching and developing new business opportunities and partnerships, actively participating in developing and implementing growth strategies and plans to expand our reach Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results Being customer-focused and willing to engage with customers to learn what they are looking for and understand the level of service and quality expected Building and managing relationships with local and international teams (client-facing, marketing, middle, and back office) to ensure the success of projects and strategies Continually taking opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships Servicing client accounts which include: Sharing financial markets and/or products information/commentary with clients Sharing marketing promotions with clients Guiding clients on the usage of the eToro Platform Interacting with clients to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships Assisting clients with their questions on their accounts Assisting Compliance with the processing of client due diligence and transaction monitoring to comply with respective jurisdiction requirements and ethical standards of the Company Working with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, AML, Back Office, CS) to facilitate respective process flows/business projects towards success Representing the company at events with prospects and clients Performing additional duties as required by the Company from time to time Requirements
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go above and beyond to achieve all tasks Planning and project management skills – you will need to manage time and information effectively and efficiently Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions Skilled in building and maintaining strong professional relationships Strong interest, knowledge, and passion for global financial markets Ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions Good MS Office skills Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferred Previous sales, telemarketing, or service-oriented experience is a plus Qualifications :
Degree educated, with a focus in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration preferred Financial/Industry qualifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
