We are looking for a Client Relationship and Event Sales expert!
About the role As a Client Relationship Manager for Melbourne and Olympic Parks, you will have the chance to develop strong customer relationships, maintain a portfolio of corporate accounts, and challenge yourself to seek new business opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the broader Commercial Team to respond to event enquiries (including RFPs), prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, convert leads, and prepare contracts.
Here are some of the exciting things you'll be involved in: Perform the end-to-end sales process; from canvassing to converting sales opportunities for our corporate event spaces e.g. CENTREPIECE.Responsible for the sales growth of attaining conferences and events.Playing an integral role in executing the sales strategy.Responsible for the management of an agreed portfolio of Business Events and Corporate Accounts.Retain existing business and increase their investment in M&OP.Build and develop relationships with new clients.What you will bring to the role: You have a passion for relationship building: You relish the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and your stakeholders.
