The roleWe have a rare opportunity for an experienced, driven, and dynamic Client Relationship Lead to join our talented APAC team.
We are seeking a personable individual that understands recruitment, has a passion for the mining industry, and building strong networks with our existing and new clients with a pipeline of interesting opportunities.
This is a key role for the APAC team and will allow you to work for a business with a unique suite of service offerings in the market.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and new clients in the APAC region.Proactively explore and conduct market research for opportunities to expand our services and grow our business with current and new clients across the region.Proactively monitor, forecast, and report on potential business development activities.Understand and learn our unique industry offerings to match against client and industry needs.Keep up to date and report on market changes.Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure we maintain a continuous and solid pipeline of new and repeat business.Work effectively with the Regional and Delivery Managers and wider APAC team to provide exceptional service for our clients and ensure repeat business.Effectively build the region's network and market reach through social media, external meetings, events, conferences, and professional networking.Requirements Excellent work ethic, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet specific deadlines.Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.Experience in talent acquisition for heavy industries; mining and international experience highly desirable.Excellent understanding of the mining industry.Commercially astute with the ability to forecast and report on business development activities.Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.Initiative-taker, who likes to push and challenge themselves.A collaborator who values relationships and making a positive difference.The Rewards Work for a business that is a recognised expert in the mining industry with over 20 years of international experience and a reputation to match.Strong support from a team that includes many mining experts and matching relationships to leverage.We offer competitive remuneration and commission structure.We are committed and focused on an inclusive and great culture where the wellbeing of our employees and having fun is a priority.Strong flow of international and national work due to our global presence.Successful record of delivery and RPO, HR Consulting and REM Benchmarking projects.Market-leading approach to flexible work practices; we work on a flexible hybrid model, as a global company, with work from home options and flexible hours.Named as one of Australia's top 101 Employers for Women in 2023.Work for a WORK180 endorsed employer for women.
